These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and b99u ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the b99u website, its content, features and associated services.

b99u is an English-language online information and education platform serving users in Pakistan and other regions. 5.4 Compliance with Pakistan Law

2. Lawful Use Only: Users must access and use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with Applicable Law and these Terms.

• Any conduct that could damage the reputation, intellectual property or business interests of b99u.

All Content on the b99u Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, educational guides, data tables, graphic design elements, the b99u brand name, logo and domain — is the exclusive intellectual property of b99u or its authorised licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

b99u grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Platform Content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction of Content in any form for commercial gain;
• Distribution of Content to third parties without attribution and prior written consent;
• Modification, creation of derivative works based on or alteration of any Platform Content;
• Use of b99u's name, logo or branding in any manner that implies association, endorsement or affiliation.

Where Platform Content references third-party brand names — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and similar — those names remain the property of their respective owners. Mention of such names on b99u does not constitute affiliation, partnership or endorsement.

b99u publishes educational content relating to bonuses, promotions, VIP tiers and loyalty programmes offered by third-party gambling operators. The following conditions apply to all such content:

9.1 Illustrative Figures

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent in the territory where b99u is lawfully registered to operate, unless mandatory local law in the User's jurisdiction requires otherwise.
